API Rate Limits
Rate limits are enforced per API key and plan to protect shared infrastructure. Credits are still the main usage meter; rate limits only cap burst behavior.
Per-minute buckets
These limits apply to the normal API. Different plans get different burst capacity, while monthly or annual credits still remain the main usage meter.
