As a yearly licence. The base licence is €1,500 per year and includes your first 5 connected cameras, the organisation workspace, onboarding, and support. Each additional camera is €150 per year. Most organisations start with a 60-day pilot for €500, with a camera provided by us, and the full pilot fee is credited against your first-year licence when you convert.
At €2 per GB, so 100 GB costs €200 and a full terabyte costs €2,000. You buy exactly the amount you need, from 10 GB (€20) up to 2 TB, and purchased quota does not expire while your account is active. The price includes review tooling, all exports, and 12 months of storage after processing.
Every account includes a one-time 1 GB Dataset Processing trial, roughly 5,000 images, and 250 free API detections every month. Both give full-quality results with no card required. Wildlife Monitoring has no free tier, since cameras in the field cannot be a trial, but the €500 pilot fee is credited in full when you convert.
Yes. Monitoring licences are invoiced yearly as standard, and we provide detailed invoices for institutional purchases. For purchase orders or complex budgeting needs, please contact us.
