• Which package should I choose?

  Start on Public if you want a lightweight free entry point. Choose Core when you need private data and enough credits to run real workloads. Move to Growth when your monthly image volume or API demand becomes steady, or contact us if you need a custom setup.

• What happens to my credits when I delete a project?

  Processing credits are consumed when you upload images for AI analysis. Deleting a project does not restore those credits. Think of it like cloud computing: you pay for the processing power used, not storage space.

• Do my credits ever expire?

  Included subscription credits follow your monthly or annual billing cycle. One-time top-up credits stay on your account until they are used.

• How do annual plans work?

  Annual plans grant the full yearly credit allowance upfront at the start of the cycle. If you upgrade an annual plan mid-cycle, the new annual cycle starts immediately and the yearly credits reset on the upgraded plan. Annual downgrades still wait until renewal.

• What if I am not satisfied with the results?

  We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If our platform doesn't meet your expectations, email us at support@animaldetect.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

• Can I get an invoice for my university or grant?

  Yes. We provide detailed invoices for institutional purchases. For complex licensing or budgeting needs, please contact us.

• How accurate are AI detections?

  We are using a combination of MegaDetector, SpeciesNet, and Animal Detect models. You can test it on the Public tier or activate the 14-day Core trial for 10,000 private credits before purchasing.
  
  Perfect AI does not exist (yet). We acknowledge that and provide full functionality for human in the loop verification. You can oversee work as it happens, correct mistakes, and verify AI detections. We have an annotation toolbox to modify detections, and labelling tool with GBIF support (5+ million species).

• What if I need more credits than the listed plans include?

  Paid plans can buy one-time top-up credit packs, and ongoing high-volume teams can move up to the next tier. For institutional workloads or unusual billing needs, contact us about custom arrangements.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. For purchase orders or institutional invoices, please contact us.
